The youth development program of the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service, 4-H is a national organization that provides experiences for youth 5-19 years old. 4-H focuses on developing youth as individuals and responsible, productive citizens by involving youth in community-based clubs, school enrichment programs and both group and individual projects to develop the individual's four "H's" - Head, Heart, Hands, and Health.
